AGREEMENT TO USE THE SERVICES OF 11CROCO CASINO

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between 11Croco Casino (hereinafter referred to as "Player" or "You") and Hollycorn N.V., a company registered under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 144359, having its principal place of business at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao ("Operator").

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings specified below:

• "Services" means all services provided by the Operator to the Player in connection with the use of the Website and/or the Software.
• "Website" means any website operated by the Operator from which the Services may be accessed.
• "Software" means the software programs used by the Operator for providing the Services.

USE OF SERVICES

1. The Player agrees to use the Services solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for professional, commercial or other unauthorized purposes.
2. The Player must be at least 18 years of age to register with the Operator and use the Services.
3. The Player shall ensure that all information provided by him/her during the registration process is accurate and complete.
4. The Player shall not use the Services in a way which may impair the functioning of the Website or the Software, nor shall he/she attempt to circumvent any security measures used by the Operator.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

1. Upon registering an account with the Operator, the Player will be allocated a unique User ID and Password.
2. The Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her User ID and Password and for ensuring that they are not disclosed to any third party.
3. The Player shall immediately notify the Operator in writing if he/she suspects or knows that the security of his/her account has been compromised.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. All payments made by the Player to the Operator must be in a form acceptable to the Operator.
2. The Operator reserves the right to modify its payment policy at any time without prior notice to the Player.
3. In the event that the Operator suspects or knows that a payment has been made using stolen or forged credit cards, it may freeze or cancel such payments.

WAGERING AND GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY

1. The Player acknowledges that wagering on games offered by the Operator is subject to various risks and that he/she should not wager more than he can afford to lose.
2. The Operator encourages the Player to gamble responsibly and provides links to organizations that may assist him/her in managing problem gambling.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
2. The parties agree to submit any disputes arising from this Agreement to the courts of Curaçao for resolution.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Curaçao.

AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENT

1. The Operator reserves the right to modify or add to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the Player.
2. Any changes made to this Agreement will become effective immediately upon posting on the Website.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions between them.

CHOICE OF LANGUAGE

The Parties choose to have this Agreement and any disputes arising from it be decided in English.
